Our story
A small boot shop in West Melbourne
Tibanny is an online boot shop based in West Melbourne. We keep our range small - ten leather and suede styles for men and women - so every pair gets proper attention, from the leather we choose to the size guide on each page.
Every style uses a full-grain cowhide or cow-suede upper, a cushioned footbed and a hard-wearing rubber or leather sole. Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order with Australia Post, and you can return unworn boots within 30 days of delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide on every order, with no minimum spend. Every parcel travels with Australia Post and is tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Melbourne time), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and transit 2 - 6 days (Monday to Friday), so orders arrive within 3 - 8 days (Monday to Friday).
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn boots in their original box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, or exchange them for another size - we ship the replacement pair free. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. E-mail contact@tibanny.com to start a return.
How do your sizes run?
Our boots are true to size. Men's sizes are AU/UK 7 - 12 and women's sizes are AU 6 - 10; every product page has a size guide with EU and US equivalents and foot length in centimetres.
